Okay my Sims fans! I’ve got some more news for you if you haven’t heard. On July 23rd there is going to be a Sims broadcast at 10 am PDT where they will be “revealing The Sims 3’s next expansion pack and showing a live gameplay demo of some new “futuristic” features. We’ll also be giving a sneak peek into the content of our “movie themed” stuff pack and announcing more details about The Sims 4’s big reveal at this year’s gamescom.” Exciting! Hopefully there will be much more about the Sims 4.
On my bucket list
A couple of weeks ago I posted about the upcoming solar eclipse. It took place on May 10th. Sadly, I was not able to witness the magic. But they are those who did and took awesome pictures of it in Australia. The link where the above picture and more is below. The next solar eclipse will be on November 13th 2013. I may get to see a tiny part of that one!

Did anyone get to see it?
I don’t know about the rest of you, but I am a huge fan of The Sims franchise. Ever since the first one on PC back in 2000. The last installment of the series, Sims 3, was released 2009. The final expansion pack for that one is suppose to be released this Fall. While I’ve had loads of fun with each release I cannot wait to see what they do with the new one. It was announced on May 6th that Sims 4 will be released next year in 2014.
There was supposedly a leak of screenshots from the up coming game late April. No word from EA whether they are real or not. But you can check the leaked images out for yourself and decide. What do you think?
Hopefully there will be some creative upgrades to trump Sims 3. EA recently got a lot of negative criticism from fans following the release of SimCity in March 2013. On Amazon it got an average rating of 1.5 stars from over 3 thousand reviews. Many new choices on that release made fans very upset. This could turn out well for the upcoming Sims though. EA may very well try to redeem themselves and get in better graces with their fan with their next major release. I have not found any official videos or images from the upcoming game as of yet.
What do you hope will be new in the Sims 4? Two headed babies?
One of the many things that is on my bucket list is witnessing a solar eclipse. It must be an amazing sight! Seems like whenever there is an eclipse, lunar or solar, its not visible in my region. But that may not be true for you! On May 9th – 10th (yes very soon!) the beautiful ring of fire will be visible for parts of the Southern Pacific Ocean region. The Hawaiian islands are the only place in the US it will be visible (can’t wait for some amazing photography to come from this!) If you click the link above the photo it will show you when and where it will be visible. Make sure to protect your eyes as well if you are lucky enough to witness such an event. And bring a camera!! Let me know if anyone got to see it 🙂
I am very excited to be starting my own blog. It’s something I’ve been thinking about for a long time now. I feel a change has begun in my life for the better and I’m ready for it!
Recently I’ve been researching into healthier beauty products. At first I just felt like switching up my brands to see if anything else out there is better than the same ol’ brands I’ve been using for years now. I tend I stick to one brand even if I feel like I could get something better out of habit….and cheapness. It can add up quite a few doubloons trying different products to see which one is best for you. But in the end, if it’s going to better you, it’s going to be worth it. I’ve headed down the organic path. It’s much better for you and it’ll make you feel better using something that beautiful mother nature made. I’m not going to start getting into my product (shampoo, makeup, acne wash etc.) changes just yet. That will be for my next entry.
So anyone who wants to jump on board with me is more than welcome to do so. And anyone’s personal experiences and opinions are welcome. Just to be clear, this blog isn’t just about beauty/health products. It’s about anything and everything that I feel is worth sharing or that may be helpful to others. It could be experiences with family, friends, life, work, money, consumer products, or anything that all of us go through and deal with in this CrazzyLittleThingCalledLife.
